Cancellation Policy

If you place an order by mistake or need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund.Requests made after 24 hours cannot be cancelled or refunded, as orders are automatically moved into processing. If you need to make any changes to an order that has already been placed, please email us with your full name, order number, and details of the change, and we will do our best to assist.
